(March 2009) We receive many calls here
from customers who have purchased a product and can't get through to the
manufacturer's tech support system immediately. Please note: we do not
provide tech support here. We have only a limited number of computer
configurations. As well, we have no connection to the registration process,
only the manufacturer can help you with that. Please be patient if your
manufacturer is unable to respond right away, but keep trying. Also, search
the web for helpful Forums & FAQs full of ideas and fixes by other users.
