Should I download or buy the boxed version?

Our suggestion is to have the boxed version with an original disc as your back-up and serial number, in case of computer issues. Some of the sound libraries are over 30 GB, which takes a long time to download, especially if you have to do it again. When you install the software from disc, there is an opportunity to go online to get the most recent updates. Manufacturers are constantly updating to optimize for new operating systems, new drivers, etc. and you'll always be eligible for the latest.

Where can I get tech support, especially from overseas manufacturers?

Tech support for our overseas manufacturers is usually handled by email or on-line chat. Since 90% of the tech support calls are about registration, you need to contact them directly.
